Aquentium, Inc. is engaged in manufacturing of structural insulated panels (SIPs) for commercial and residential buildings and the manufacturing of ozone equipment for food and beverage processors. Aquentium is also a holding company for five wholly owned subsidiaries, which are development-stage companies. On September 27, 2007, Aquentium, Inc. entered into a joint venture agreement with Mootah Energetic Pty, Ltd (Mootah) to jointly develop a mining concession. On October 24, 2007, Aquentium formed Aquentium De Mexico, a Mexican subsidiary, to manufacture structural insulated panels and container housing units in Mexico. The other subsidiaries of the Company are Housing & Emergency Relief Efforts (H.E.R.E.) International, Inc., Charis Energy, Canby Group, Environmental Waste Management, Inc. and USA Public Auction, Inc.
