Velocity Minerals Ltd. is engaged in the process of exploring and developing mineral properties. On May 8, 2008 the Company completed its qualifying transaction by acquiring all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Velocity Exploration Ltd. (VEL). VEL owns a 100% interest in certain mineral claims known as the Mount Haskin property, which is located in the Cassiar District of Liard Mining Division in northwestern British Columbia, Canada. VEL also owns a 100% interest in certain mineral claims known as the Cassiar Moly property, which is located in the Cassiar District of Liard Mining Division in northwestern British Columbia, Canada. The Company commenced exploration programs on its Mount Haskin and Cassiar Moly properties.
