Lomiko Metals Inc. formerly Lomiko Resources Inc. is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of natural resource properties. The properties of the Company include Vines Lake, Copper Ridge-Joss’alun copper property, NAK Property and Saskatchewan Coal Properties (Kelfield and Big River areas). The Company-owned Vines Lake property consists of three contiguous claim units totaling 1,196.4 in the Cassiar region of B.C. The claims cover rocks of the Sylvester group which are known to contain zones of gold mineralization in the area. The Joss’alun property is situated in the Cache Creek terrain of the Canadian Cordillera. The NAK Property (NAK) is owned by Imperial Metals Ltd. (Imperial) (TSX.III), a mineral production and exploration company based in Vancouver, BC. The NAK property consists of two non-contiguous MTO claims that total 1,642.891 hectares.
