iUGO Care’s Orthopedic module can be used by Orthopedic Specialists to provide Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), Principal Care Management (PCM) and Behavioural Health Integration (BHI) services to chronic orthopedic patients at home.
