BioMedical Technology Solutions Holdings, Inc. formerly CET Services, Inc. (CET), is a provider of safe and environmentally sound medical waste disposal equipment for needles and red bag waste, commonly found in medical, dental, veterinary, nursing, assisted living and other health care facilities. The product, known as the Demolizer, allows the medical staff to safely and inexpensively account for medical waste. The Demolizer’s patented treatment process uses dry heat technology, rendering waste 99.9% sterile, and needles unrecognizable. The treated waste is then properly labeled and simply thrown away as common trash. In August 2008, the Company completed its acquisition of BioMedical Technology Solutions, Inc.
