Jan 26, 2010 — The board of directors of energy services holding company South Jersey Industries (NYSE: SJI) approved on Monday a regular dividend for the first quarter of 2010 of USD0.33 per share.

The dividend will be paid on 5 April 2010 to all shareholders of record at the close of business on 10 March 2010.

SJI has been paying dividends for 59 consecutive years, showing its commitment to a consistent, sustainable dividend.
