Southwall Technologies Inc. (Southwall) is a developer and manufacturer of high performance, energy-saving films and glass products for both the architectural and automotive domestic and international markets. During the year ended December 31, 2008, automotive glass products generated 46% of its revenue, applied window film products generated 37% of its revenue, architectural glass products generated 15% of its revenue, and electronic displays generated 2% of its revenue. In April 2008, the Company formed Southwall Insulating Glass, LLC, a joint venture with Sound Solutions Windows & Doors, LLC, which markets, produces and sells energy, dual-pane insulated glass units, which are primarily used in the production of completed window units for the residential housing and commercial building industries.
