LOS ANGELES–Belltower Entertainment (OTC BB: BTOW) announced today that it has entered into a formal agreement with Women’s Health House Inc. to acquire a 10% revenue interest in a product clinically proven to eliminate lower face wrinkle lines, non-surgically, with up to an 87% reduction, and has been previously featured on NBC, CBS, ABC, FOX, and Rachael Ray, Extra and Star Beauty Secret.
Filming of the production has been completed and is scheduled to begin airing on National television within the next two weeks.
Belltower recently announced a joint venture partnership with Women’s Health House (WHH) for the marketing of products primarily aimed at the female consumer. Belltower will receive 10% net of all revenues generated from the sales of the product through Direct Sales Television Marketing (infomercials) that will translate to approximately $2.00 for every unit sold through this medium. The product is currently available online through various retailers such as Walgreens and others ranging in price from $29.95 to $69.95.
This is the first of several products that Belltower will profit participate in through its joint venture partner Women’s Health House.
In addition to the Florida production facility that Belltower is currently contemplating with Three-Thirteen Productions, the company is currently in talks to build out a Production facility in the Palm Springs, California area that would facilitate and provide infomercial production capabilities as well as pre- and post-production services for Belltower and Women’s Health House DSTM needs including Belltower’s own Independent Film Division projects.
The company will release further details when a definitive agreement is finalized. Formal closing is anticipated to take place within 7 days from today’s date.
