Twitter Inc. Chief Executive Officer Jack Dorsey will testify before the House Energy and Commerce Committee on Sept. 5 on how the company monitors and moderates user content, the panel announced Friday. Dorsey, who is said to be planning testimony on Russian election interference before the Senate Intelligence Committee the same day, will address algorithms and content moderation, according to the announcement.
