Twitter's Dorsey takes jab at Zuckerberg comments

Twitter founder Jack Dorsey is calling out Mark Zuckerberg. Zuckerberg last week defended Facebook’s decision not to ban political ads – in the name of free speech. But Dorsey said in an interview yeseterday that Facebook’s paid-for promoted posts are a ‘major gap and flaw’ in that argument. Will Robinhood IPO in 2019?

A Robinhood IPO has been in the rumor mill for more than a year.
The first indication that Robinhood would go public came when it brought on long-time Amazon executive Jason Warnick to be its CFO. That was a year ago, and today Robinhood remains a private company.
However, Robinhood has not been opaque about its plans for an initial public offering. One of the company’s co-CEOs, Baiju Bhatt, said last year that an IPO is “something we think is very much in the future. Being a public company closely aligns with our mission.”

Oil prices steady, heads for strong weekly gain

Oil prices were steady on Friday but were on track for the strongest weekly gains in more than a month as support from falling U.S. crude inventories, optimism over a U.S.-China trade deal and possible action from OPEC and its allies to extend output cuts outweighed broader economic concerns.
