Emirates, the largest customer of Boeing’s upcoming 777x aircraft, wants the plane to be put through “hell on Earth” in testing to ensure it is safe to fly and meets performance expectations, the president of the Gulf airline said on Tuesday. Kohl’s Plunges Most in Almost Three Years on Profit Forecast

(Bloomberg) — Kohl’s Corp. fell the most in almost three years after posting quarterly sales that trailed analysts’ projections. The retailer also cut its full-year profit forecast for a second time this year, exacerbating concerns about department stores.Same-store sales, a key metric for retailers, increased 0.4% in the third quarter, compared with the 0.8% growth seen by analysts, according to Consensus Metrix. U.S. homebuilding rebounded in October and permits for future home construction jumped to a more than 12-year high, pointing to strength in the housing market amid lower mortgage rates.
