Ban on flavored vapes could lead to loss of 150,000 jobs, $8.4 bln sales hit – report

A potential U.S. ban on e-cigarette flavors could result in a loss of more than 150,000 jobs and a direct sales hit of $8.4 billion, according to a report released on Friday by a vaping industry trade group. Two months ago President Donald Trump’s administration announced a sweeping plan to ban all e-cigarette and vaping flavors except tobacco, but a final decision has not been made. Boeing's top communications official to retire as MAX crisis drags on

Boeing Co’s head of corporate communications, Ann Toulouse, elected to step down from her role and would retire next year, the world’s largest planemaker said on Friday. Toulouse, a 30-year company veteran, is the second high-ranking female communications leader to leave the embattled U.S. planemaker as it fights to rebuild trust with airline customers and the flying public after two recent crashes of its 737 MAX killed 346 people in the span of five months. On Monday, Alex discussed a recent debate of socialism versus capitalism that he attended.
Today, he’s taking a deeper look at some of the socialist arguments and why they’re not valid in today’s market.
