MONTREAL/WINNIPEG, Nov 21 (Reuters) – A strike at Canada’s biggest railroad, Canadian National Railway Co, entered its third day on Thursday, as the company said talks were continuing with workers, assisted by federally appointed mediators. The U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) is scheduled on Thursday to vote on four proposed liquefied natural gas (LNG) export facilities in Texas totaling about 6.2 billion cubic feet per day (bcfd) of capacity.
