UPDATE 1-Fagron to pay $22.5 mln to settle U.S. allegations over inflated drug prices

Pharmaceutical supplier Fagron Holding USA LLC will pay $22.5 million to resolve allegations that its subsidiaries inflated average wholesale prices for compound drug ingredients and submitted fraudulent claims to federal healthcare programs, the U.S. Department of Justice said on Thursday. The settlement will resolve legal actions filed against Fagron units Freedom Pharmaceuticals, B&B pharmaceuticals and Pharmacy Services Inc, the department said in a statement. Roku Inc’s stock tumbled 11% on Thursday after the video streaming company gave a quarterly report that Wall Street deemed not good enough to justify its sky-high valuation. Teva Pharm says opioid settlement will not derail ability to cut debt

JERUSALEM/NEW YORK (Reuters) – Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd on Thursday expressed confidence in its ability to continue paying down its huge debt burden even if it is forced to pay billions of dollars to settle thousands of U.S. opioid lawsuits.
