GREENSBORO, N.C. (AP) _ Tanger Factory Outlet Centers Inc. (SKT) on Monday reported a key measure of profitability in its fourth quarter. The real estate investment trust, based in Greensboro, North Carolina, said it had funds from operations of $57.5 million, or 59 cents per share, in the period.
