At least 10 state attorneys general plan to file a lawsuit as soon as Tuesday to stop the $26 billion merger of Sprint Corp and T-Mobile US Inc, according to three sources familiar with the matter, a deal that would reduce the number of nationwide wireless carriers to three from four.
