Amid the worldwide grounding of the Boeing 737 MAX jets, the head of the FAA is now considering major changes to the way the FAA certifies airplanes. FAA administrator Stephen Dickson, a former commercial airline pilot himself, talked about the potential changes in an interview with The Wall Street Journal.
