UPDATE 1-Israel Aerospace warns against flying some converted Boeing 737 freighters

Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) on Wednesday advised customers not to fly some Boeing 737 freighters converted by IAI pending a review by Israel’s aviation authority. IAI said it had detected an “apparent irregularity” in the production process of a rigid barrier installed in some of the conversions, 47 of which it has delivered. UPDATE 1-Tesla plans increasing imported Model 3 prices in China from January -sources

U.S. electric vehicle maker Tesla Inc plans to increase prices of imported Model 3 vehicles in China in January, sources familiar with the matter said. Tesla plans to increase prices of imported Model 3 vehicles with longer range and those with performance function, which are currently priced at 439,900 yuan ($62,495.56) and 509,900 yuan, respectively. UPDATE 1-Home Depot forecasts 2020 sales growth below expectations

Home Depot Inc on Wednesday forecast fiscal 2020 sales growth below Wall Street expectations, three weeks after the home improvement chain cut its 2019 sales forecast. The company said last month that its One Home Depot strategy, which aims to improve the online and brick-and-mortar businesses, was not yet generating as much revenue as it had expected, prompting it to cut its 2019 sales forecast for the second time. FAA chief to testify before Congress on grounded Boeing 737 MAX

Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) chief Steve Dickson will testify Wednesday before Congress on the series of steps that must be completed before the agency will allow Boeing Co’s (BA.N> grounded 737 MAX, involved in two fatal crashes in five months, to resume flying. Dickson will testify before the U.S. House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee alongside Earl Lawrence, the FAA’s aircraft certification chief.
