FARMINGDALE, N.Y., July 8 Cemtrex Inc. (OTC BB: CTEI) announced that it has finalized a couple of orders for its Green DCV system to be installed in the next few months. The first order is with Construction Art Inc. for their four Dunkin’ Donuts locations in Massachusetts. The second order is with an automobile dealership in Long Island.
Cemtrex’s Green-DCV system uses carbon dioxide (CO2) sensors to monitor CO2 levels inside a building, and then regulate the air-handling system to save energy and improve air quality. Cemtrex Green-DCV can provide up to 40% in energy savings in buildings where occupancy fluctuates during a 24-hour period, such as office buildings, government facilities, shopping malls, movie theaters, restaurants and schools.
“These orders represent all the work and dedication of our technical and marketing staff in developing, launching and marketing a brand new product into the marketplace in less than a year,” said Saagar Govil, Product Manager at Cemtrex. “In dollar terms they are not that large of sales; however, as more customers see the benefits of our Green DCV system, we expect these small orders to increase in quantity and also lead to larger orders in the near future.”
Metodi Filipov, V.P. of Operations at Cemtrex, says, “Our Green DCV is piquing the interest of building owners all across the country. With several installations being implemented in the next few months it is apparent that despite the current economic downturn, building owners are willing to spend money if there is a good return on investment. With a product like our Green DCV system having typically a three-year payback companies like Construction Art are eager to work with us to save money in the long run.”
Art Krebs, the CEO of Construction Art, says, “Every business owner, including Dunkin’ franchisees, has the potential to improve energy efficiency, thereby reducing energy used, energy wasted and overall energy costs.”
