(Bloomberg) — Sweden’s financial watchdog said deficiencies it found while investigating Swedbank AB’s money-laundering defenses could be serious enough to warrant sanctions.The Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, or Finansinspektionen (FI) has opened a so-called sanction case as part of its ongoing probe into the country’s oldest bank, it said in a statement on Tuesday. Saudi Aramco will start subscription for investors in its initial public offering on Dec. 4, Saudi-owned news channel Al-Arabiya said in a news flash on Tuesday citing sources.
Saudi Aramco aims to announce the start of its initial public offering (IPO) on Nov. 3, three people with direct knowledge of the matter told Reuters, after delaying the deal earlier this month to give advisers time to secure cornerstone investors.
