Barrick profit jumps on higher prices, trims gold 2020 output

Shopify Sales Surge as Businesses Shift Online Amid Pandemic

(Bloomberg) — Shopify Inc. reported first-quarter revenue that topped analysts’ estimates as it brings more businesses online during the coronavirus pandemic.Sales grew by 47% to $470 million from the same quarter a year ago, Ottawa-based Shopify said in a statement Wednesday. RBC Capital: Here’s What To Expect For PayPal Earnings Today

PayPal (PYPL) is scheduled to announce Q1 earnings results today after market close.
