Crude Clings to Gains With All Eyes on a Global Output-Cut Deal

(Bloomberg) — Oil held on to small gains as investors searched for signals that the world’s biggest producers will be able to strike a deal to end a price war and stabilize energy markets.Futures in New York rose more than 4% on Tuesday before trading close to little changed.
